I. The ownership of the trademark is clear, and legitimate rights and interests are protected by law.
Cando Solar Technology (Changzhou) Co., Ltd. II. Unauthorized use is strictly prohibited, and any infringement will be held accountable.
The “Qinggang” trademark is a core commercial identifier of our company, used to distinguish our photovoltaic‑related products from those of other market participants. It plays a vital role in identifying the source of goods and conveying brand reputation. No entity or individual may, without our company’s formal written authorization, use the term “Qinggang” or any similar mark—whether on product packaging, promotional materials, e‑commerce platforms, social media, trade show promotions, verbal presentations, or in any other form—for the production, sale, advertising, or promotion of photovoltaic modules or related products.
Various unauthorized uses of terms such as “Qinggang Components” and “Qinggang Photovoltaic” in the market are suspected of constituting trademark infringement and unfair competition. Such practices are highly likely to cause consumer confusion regarding product origin and brand affiliation, thereby seriously infringing upon our company’s exclusive trademark rights and brand reputation, while also harming consumers’ legitimate rights and interests.
III. Having secured evidence of infringement, we will pursue all available legal remedies in accordance with the law.
With respect to the infringing acts currently identified, our company has already secured relevant evidence and continues to monitor the market. Against all parties engaging in infringement, we will, in accordance with the law, take measures including, but not limited to, issuing legal letters, filing complaints with market regulatory authorities, and initiating civil litigation, resolutely holding them accountable under the law and showing no tolerance whatsoever.
IV. Authorized Use Only
Any entity or individual wishing to legally use the “Qinggang” trademark in commercial activities must first contact our company’s intellectual property management department and obtain written authorization. Any unauthorized use shall be subject to legal liability.
